Brad is known for his expertise in treating running and triathlon related injuries. A physiotherapist with over 19 years experience, Brad is an APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist, Exercise Scientist, and former Head Physiotherapist for the Super League Triathlon Series. 

Brad is currently a Registrar with the Australian College of Physiotherapists undertaking a 2 year training program as part of the 2023-2025 Sports & Exercise Specialisation cohort.

Brad is the Founder of award winning POGO Physio on the Gold Coast Australia. POGO Physio was established in 2013, off the back of 7 years of prior practice ownership and a successful Queensland multi site practice group.

Brad currently consults for Triathlon Australia’s Olympic Podium Centre, and in the past has consulted for Triathlon NZL and Athletics NZL, Olympic athletes, World Record holders, the Gold Coast Airport Marathon, and multiple Australian representative runners and triathletes. 

As a full time practitioner over 17 years Brad has delivered in excess of 40,000 consultations.

Brad is passionate about outputting helpful content for runners and in 2015 released a best Selling book You Can Run Pain Free: A Physio’s 5 Step Guide to Enjoying Injury Free and Faster Running, which has since been re-released in a Revised  and Expanded (2019) version and additionally translated into a Chinese Edition. 

Brad has written for Run 4 Your Life, Men’s Health Magazine, and currently provides physiotherapy editorials for 220 Triathlon Magazine. 

Alec is one of our lead VIDSWIM swim technicians, bringing a wealth of experience and technical understanding to every session. With a background that bridges both academic research and high-performance sport, Alec is dedicated to helping swimmers of all levels master their stroke and unlock their full potential in the water.

Alec is a PhD scholar with Griffith University, working in collaboration with the Queensland Academy of Sport and Swimming Australia. His research focuses on the biomechanics and performance optimisation of elite swimmers – knowledge he applies directly in the VIDSWIM pool to deliver evidence-based, real-world feedback.

In every session, Alec combines his scientific expertise with a practical eye, identifying inefficiencies, refining technique, and guiding athletes toward measurable improvements in speed and efficiency. Whether you’re a competitive triathlete, age-group swimmer, or returning from injury, Alec’s precision-based approach ensures every movement has purpose.
